Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's our policy for returns and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
- After Dispatch: Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery and follow our return process.
- COD Orders: Repeated order cancellations or delivery refusals may result in COD restrictions on your account.
2. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The product received is different from what was ordered
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- All tags, seals, and accessories are intact
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and photos of the product.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Products without original packaging
4. Return Process
To return a product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+92 336 7473264) or email
- Provide your order number and reason for return with photos
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Pack the product securely in original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided (return shipping costs may apply)
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Do not discard the damaged product until the claim is resolved.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment method
- COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (bank details required)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
